Ready Card Benefits and Rewards
Ready Card (rebranded from Argent), previously offered cashback, but starting May 1, 2026, cashback changed to Ready Rewards.

Instead of direct cashback, you earn points of up to 3% of your card spend. Then, you can use your points to ‘refund’ your card transactions – this is how you redeem your points into cash.
Note: To get the full 3% back, you need the Metal Card plus a boost. You can get a boost by referring 2 friends to Metal, or by being one of the top 100 most frequent card users that month. Without a boost, you’ll probably earn closer to 1% back in points.
Ready Card also gives you access to Ready Travel, where you can get exclusive cardholder rates on hotels (they do this through white-labeled entravel.com, so the best discounts are on luxury hotel chains).
Ready Card Tiers - Membership Levels
Here are Ready's membership levels, pricing and benefits for each plan. Pick the one that makes sense for your budget and the perks you actually care about.

You can choose from these card designs depending on your tier:
Ready Card is a Debit Card
Ready Card is a debit card. Alongside, Ready offers you a personal bank account. You'll receive a USA-based bank account number, issued in your name, which is a nice additional option to have.
Not so Great:Third party senders cannot deposit funds into your Ready bank account - you can only receive deposits from accounts in your name. This means you will not be able to receive your fiat withdrawals from exchanges or receive salary payments.
It Comes in Both Physical and Virtual Forms
You can get Ready Card in both physical and virtual versions, a feature only available with 40% of crypto cards. They'll mail you the physical card, and you can instantly get the virtual card online after completing KYC Identity Verification.
Wondering about the perks of each card type? Here are some highlights:
Physical Card | Virtual Card |
|---|---|
| ATM Withdrawals | Second Card Number |
| Required for Car Rentals, Hotels | Instant Availability |
| Useful When Phone Dies, or no Wifi | Freeze for Safety |
| Backup Payment Method | Set Lower Spend Limits |
Cost to Order: 7 USD | Cost to Order: 0 USD |
You will find the physical Ready Card useful for in-person purchases, while the virtual card will be perfect for online transactions like subscriptions.
Crypto-to-USD Conversion Cost with Ready Card
Ready Card Requires Pre-Load
Before you can use your Ready Card, you will need to top-up your account. This means you will have to convert your crypto in advance, exchanging it to USD and moving it to the card account, to make it available for spending.
Low Cost:Compared to the average ~1.6% crypto-to-fiat cost of other cards, converting crypto with Ready Card is much more cost-effective (0%). This means that you will get more USD for your crypto when using this card.
How Does Ready Make Money? – I see 0% fees here. Am I missing something?
Every time you make a payment with your Ready Card, the merchant (Starbucks, Amazon, etc.) pays a small fee on that transaction to their bank that operates the POS terminal. This is called the interchange fee. The merchant's bank passes part of that fee to Mastercard, and they share a portion of it with Ready.
So while you don't pay a fee directly as a cardholder, Ready still earns a small amount from every transaction you make - that's how card providers make money.
From all crypto cards we reviewed, Ready Card, KAST Card and OKX Card offer the cheapest crypto-to-fiat conversions (~0%, ~0% and ~0.1% respectively), while converting crypto with OWNR Card will cost you the most, ~4.64%.
How Does Ready Card Compare to Other Crypto Cards?
Ready Card ranks #30 out of 74 amongst all the crypto cards we have reviewed so far. This card is a solid choice among the many crypto cards available, offering competitive features and benefits.
In addition, Ready Card ranks #12 out of 22 amongst Non-Custodial Crypto Cards.
Strongest Features Against Competitors
Here are the strongest features of Ready Card against its 73 competitors:
- You can get both a physical card and a second virtual card (while 60% of competing crypto cards offer only one type - either physical or just virtual).
- You won't be charged any monthly fee on the base tier (while 20% of other crypto cards charge one, with a median of 1.6 USD per month).
- Their crypto-to-fiat conversion cost, including all related fees and spread, is among the lowest at ~0% (versus an average of ~1.6% with other cards.)
- Supports 55 blockchains (while other non-custodial cards support an average of 8 blockchains).
- Their overall fees & limits structure is incredibly generous, with a score of 8.2/10 (average fees & limits structure rating amongst other cards is 6.3/10).
- This crypto card is non-custodial, which means you can move your funds without relying on Ready. Your crypto stays under your control instead of being managed in a custodial account.
Weakest Features Against Competitors
Compared to its 73 competitors, here are the shortcomings of Ready Card:
- Apple Pay isn't enabled (while 70% of competing crypto cards have it).
- Requires preconversion of crypto to load the card (while 40% of competitors auto-convert on every purchase).

If you plan to use your card for daily purchases, then daily spending limit is an important consideration for you. Ether.fi Card offers the highest daily spending limit of 50,000 USD. You will get lower daily limits with Ready Card and Phantom Card.
Cashback rewards are a great way to earn back some of the money you spend on your card and is an important consideration as well. Both Ready Card and Ether.fi Card offer solid cashback rewards of up to 3%. With Phantom Card, you will have no cashback rewards at all.
To make a good choice, look through all features, as it is an individual choice. If you will mostly do online transactions with this card, then Apple Pay availability may not be a very important feature for you. If you travel a lot, foreign exchange rate will matter. And so on.
