Every time you make a payment with your Offramp Card, the merchant (Starbucks, Amazon, etc.) pays a small fee on that transaction to their bank that operates the POS terminal. This is called the interchange fee. The merchant's bank passes part of that fee to Visa, and they share a portion of it with Offramp.

So while you don't pay a fee directly as a cardholder, Offramp still earns a small amount from every transaction you make - that's how card providers make money.
