Uphold Affiliate Program

Affiliate Agreement Summary

1. Earn a revenue share by referring customers to Uphold.
2. Uphold compensates Affiliates with 50% of the Dealer Spread.
3. The Uphold Affiliates Program allows Affiliates to generate income by referring new customers to Uphold.
4. Transactions are locked three days post month-end, invoiced on the fifth of the subsequent month, and approved transactions are paid ten days after invoicing.
5. The standard payout stands at 50% of the item sale price.
6. Uphold accepts referrals from clicks within a 30-day frame and parent actions within a 400-day timeframe.
7. Transactions under this contract are conducted in USD, with currency conversions happening if a different default currency is set in account settings.
8. Uphold pays Commission to an Affiliate for up to two years from the date the Referred Customer began generating Affiliate Commission.
9. Practices that violate Uphold’s security or compliance policies, including fraudulent transactions and multiple account creation, are prohibited.
10. Affiliates have a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Uphold’s Proprietary Material under these Terms and Conditions.
11. Affiliates are prohibited from altering Proprietary Materials and using Uphold’s name, trademarks, or logos without prior written approval.
